Note 003

Privacy Policy

This is a short policy because Nunbask is a short site. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell anything about you.

What is collected

  • Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our host records requests: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. These are used for security and to understand rough traffic levels, and are discarded on the host's normal retention cycle.
  • Aggregate analytics. If analytics are in use, they are configured to report totals — pages viewed, referrers, approximate region — not to build profiles of individuals.
  • Email you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we hold that message and your address for as long as needed to deal with it.

What is not done

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not run advertising networks on this site. We do not require an account, and there is nothing to register for. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which necessarily sees the request your browser makes for them. Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf. Links to hotel websites lead to services with their own policies, which we do not control.

Your choices

You can block cookies and scripts in your browser and the site will continue to work — it is largely static pages. To ask what correspondence we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@nunbask.com and we will act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Material changes will be noted at the top.
